This is an appeal on the former decision. I could not sanction the proposed sum. It is clear that the amount to be refunded is the total contributions to the Fund, less the pension already paid.
The total contributions amount to £3262.20. The pension already paid is £1250.
The refund will amount to about £2012.20, besides the gratuity of £400. This will amount to about £260 besides the gratuity.
It is all due to much persistent insistence.
